I joined CLS in 2015 with over 15 years of experience in the facilities market working with managing agents and in-house FM roles. Initially joining as a facilities manager, I have since been promoted to the Head of FM. Working for CLS offers diverse tasks, from fitting new cinemas to attending courses on commissioning heating and cooling systems. Within the property team, there is a collaborative environment where successes are celebrated, and challenges are managed together. This fosters an atmosphere of idea-sharing and collective problem-solving.
