CLS leases 4,390 sqm of office space in Hamburg

In Hamburg, CLS Germany, has signed a long-term lease agreement with the Hamburg-Harburg district authority for the “Harburger Ring 33 & 35” property in Hamburg. The agreement is for 20 years and a total area of 4,390 sqm (47,254 sq. ft).  

The two buildings in the centre of Harburg have a total of 6,745 square metres of rental space and meet high sustainability standards with a BREEAM rating of “Very Good” and “Good”. With direct connection to the Harburg Rathaus S-Bahn station, the property offers excellent transport links to the City Centre. There is a large selection of shopping and nightlife options in the immediate vicinity. Both the tenant and CLS are planning further investments in the modernisation of the office space.
